Aaah! I was just exploring La Blogotheque and I stumbled across their French section – My middle school French lessons have left me with absolutely no knowledge of the French language but luckily, I noticed the words ‘Beirut’ – La vidéo’ in the corner of the screen and of course I had to click it. You fine readers should probably know that the people of Super Who’s Parade are majorly obsessed with this sensational band and we’ll be writing a full, in-depth review of them sooner than soon.
I’m soo insanely jealous of the people in that room! We saw Beirut at The Forum in May and we just neeeeeed to see them again.
The moment when Zach Condon speaks in French and when the brass players lift up their instruments into the air is enough to give me a musical heart attack. SO, here’s 26 minutes of sweet, sweet music. ENJOY!
